Type 2: Canopy for caravans, for use in areas with heavy snowfall Caravan canopy system by Nellen for all types of caravans, features the following attributes: Simple attachment of square aluminium profiles without damaging the caravan Quick assembly and disassembly by only one person Long durability due to use of premium materials: stable square aluminium profiles, tarpaulin in best truck-quality (weight 700 g/m²) in several colours: silver (sun reflective), beige, white or brown All-around welded tarpaulin makes the fabric moisture-repellent All beams and stands are made of aluminium; due to their notched and soft base, the stands are skid-proof and can be easily adjusted to the width of the caravan Custom-made items on request, for instance with longitudinal overlap or higher stands Protection against hailstorms, snow and moisture (leaking points of the caravan are shielded) Bearing of snow load, protection against icing of the windows Improved interior temperature Reduction of noise from rain and hail on the window Existing roof racks have to be removed Also available as thermal canopy for an extra charge Type 2: caravan protective roof for areas with a lot of snow Like model 1, but specifically developed for areas with snowfall of more than 50 cm; the protective roof bracket is equipped with a reinforced, larger foot, providing a larger support area at the caravan's lateral parts.
