Sophisticated infotainment devices with high resolution, 7" LCD touchscreen and individually-adaptable interface, which has been manufactured to perfectly fit the Fiat Ducato built since 07/2006 (versions with radio preparation and without an integrated steering wheel remote control). The devices offer a perfect connection the vehicle's own on-board system. No additional mounting frames, blinds, special cable adapter or CAN-BUS-boxes are needed. The iGo navigation software was specifically developed for caravans and offers a comprehensive database with camping PIOs. It calculates the ideal route based on measurable vehicle parameters such as length and height. Thanks to the integrated TMC, traffic jam information is taken into account. To play audio, video and other data from external storage media such as USB sticks or hard drives, 2 USB connections have been installed at the back of the device, which can be stored in the glove compartment with the included extension cable. Additionally, the devices offer various connection possibilities for a front and rear camera, iPhone®/iPod®, CAN-BUS and other AV sources. The operation system which is based on Microsoft Windows CE 6 offers via e-link the possibility to mirror the surface of an Android phone on the display (mirror function) and offers a Quick Charge USB function with up to 2.1 A charging current. To receive digital radio, the VNC730 is available either with or without external DAB+ tuner (incl. DAB+ disc antenna).
